How to Place An Order
***ONLINE ORDERS WILL NOT BE WORKED ON UNTIL THE WEEKEND FOLLOWING PLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER***
Ordering is easy, simply jot down the item # and quantity on a piece of paper. When you are ready to order, click on the "Secure Order Form" link (located at bottom of every page), and enter your item # and order info there. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me at info@appalachianneedleworks.com Please note, our order form is secure. Your name/address/email will never be given to other companies, privacy protection is important to us. Accepted methods of payment for US customers are personal check, money order, cashier's check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover; and the following online payment services, BidPay, Billpoint, and PayPal. There is a $25 charge plus original amount for all returned checks.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from Appalachian Needleworks confirming that we have received your order. Packages are shipped via USPS. You will also be emailed when your package has been shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

International orders are welcome, please place your order via email to order@appalachianneedleworks.com. Please do not use order form on website since shipping charges there will not apply to international orders. International customers may email us before actually placing an order, to inquire on price of shipping/handling.
International customers must pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or an INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER (it must have a US BANK/ADDRESS on it in order for it to be acceptable). This is due to our bank charging high fees to accept foreign money orders (even if they are in US funds). We also accept Bidpay, Billpoint, and Paypal online payments.
